1976 Belcher Oil Co. purchases Southern Petroleum, Poly Products, Inc. and Termco, Inc.
1977 The three companies merged into Belcher of TN
1979 Coastal Corp. purchased Belcher of TN and changed the name to Coastal Unilube, Inc.
1989 Coastal Unilube, Inc. purchased Gurley Refining Co., Tenn-Pennzoil and GRC Industries in Leesburg, FL.
2000 Coastal Corp. and El Paso Energy merged to form the El Paso Corp.
2003 Warren Oil Co., Inc. purchased Coastal Unilube, Inc. from the El Paso Corp. and changed the name to Warren Unilube, Inc.
